How do you get here from Arlington Heights?

From Arlington Heights Village Hall the trip is one road: Arlington Heights Rd, heading south until it reaches Oakton St. Turn onto Oakton for 837 Oakton St Unit C. Outside rush hour that is about 10 minutes and 4.9 miles.

From the former Arlington Park racetrack it takes a few more turns before you join that same road: Euclid Ave, Wilke Rd, then Algonquin Rd (IL 62). Outside rush hour the racetrack start is about 16 minutes and 7.0 miles, 6 minutes longer than from Village Hall.

Either way, the road that carries your town’s name is the one that brings you to Oakton St.

Who tints the car?

Javi and Tony own Tint Starz, and one of them tints every car. They are the shop’s two full-time installers and work by appointment, Monday to Saturday from 9 to 6, inside the studio on Oakton St. Tint is never installed in your driveway, and most jobs are done the same day.

If the car also needs a wash or an interior detail, the mobile detailing van can do that at your home.

Sedan or front doors only: where do prices start?

S5 ceramic on a sedan starts at $330 for all-around, which covers every side window plus the rear glass. If you only want the two front windows done, that starts at $100 in S5 and $150 in S9.
